The principles of evaluation and project logic are valuable throughout each stage of a project - from planning through to implementation and review. At Impulsion Consulting we encourage clients to be closely involved and have achieved particularly solid results from a collaborative approach to evaluation planning. Rather than a “one-size-fits-all” approach, we work with clients to develop a tailored approach to evaluation that is practical and realistic and meets their individual needs. Often, our clients know what they want to discover but don’t know what questions to ask or how to approach the evaluation.
